Yes, we can always cancel a booking. If you have not added our cancellation insurance, we can not refund the rental charges. If you have added our cancellation insurance, the full amount minus the charges for the cancellation insurance, will be refunded.
If you want to cancel with refund of your rental charges, but you have not added the cancellation insurance to your original order or within 24 hours after the order was made, the price for adding the cancellation insurance afterwards is 200%.
