We deliver your bike to your hotel or villa in Chiang Mai and collect it from you at the end of your rental. Delivery is available in three zones around the city, and the delivery fee depends on the zone of your address. Delivery and collection in Zone A are free for rentals of 3 days or more. The Zone B and Zone C fees apply to every rental, whatever its length. This applies to bookings made from 31 October 2026.

How the fee is calculated
- The fee is charged per bike and per trip: once for delivery, once for collection.
- Delivery is based on your pick-up address. Collection is based on your return address.
- Example: 2 bikes delivered to a hotel in Mae Rim (Zone B) and collected in Mae Taeng (Zone C): 2 × USD 7.50 + 2 × USD 15 = USD 45.
- If you pick up or return your bike at our shop, no delivery or collection fee applies for that trip.
- The fee is added automatically on the extras page and is shown in your booking summary before you pay.
What if my address is outside the delivery zones?
We are unable to deliver to or collect from addresses outside the districts listed above (for example Doi Saket, Chom Thong or Lamphun). If your address is outside our zones, you will see a message when you select it. You are welcome to choose another address, or pick up your bike at our shop in Chiang Mai.
Why is Zone C sometimes unavailable?
During our busiest periods, delivery and collection in Zone C may be temporarily unavailable. If a Zone C address is not available for your rental dates, you will see a message when you search. Please choose different dates, an address in Zone A or B, or pick up at our shop.
