If you have booked a bike to be delivered to you at the airport, we will be tracking the flight number you have provided to us during the booking. It's highly appreciated if you keep us posted on any delays trough e-mail or Whatsapp.

Our staff will be awaiting upon exiting the terminal, and they will hold a call sign with our Bikago logo and your name. You can watch our video below which shows where you can meet our airport staff in the Ngurah Rai Bali airport.
Our Road Assistance staff will meet you upon exiting the terminal and walk you to the airport motorbike parking for the bike handover.
We may ask you to present your passport, valid license and credit card/debit card used for the online booking and your passport for verification purposes at the time of the handover.
